Welcome to NautiTrade by SailPro, a marketplace within the SailPro app where members can buy, sell, and trade yachting and boating equipment, boats, sailing courses, and other boating-related items. By accessing or using NautiTrade, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the marketplace.
2. User Eligibility

5. Transactions and Payments

All transactions are conducted directly between the buyer and seller. NautiTrade provides the platform but is not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or delivery of the items sold.

Payments and shipping arrangements are to be agreed upon between the buyer and seller. NautiTrade does not process payments or offer payment protection. It is the responsibility of both parties to ensure that payment is made and received securely.
6. Fees

Any disputes arising from transactions are solely between the buyer and seller. NautiTrade is not responsible for resolving disputes but may provide assistance at its discretion.
8. Seller Responsibilities
8.1 Accurate Descriptions:
Sellers must provide accurate descriptions and images of the items they list for sale. Misrepresentation of items may result in suspension or termination of your account.
8.2 Timely Fulfillment:
Sellers are expected to fulfill transactions in a timely manner. If there are any delays or issues, the seller must communicate these to the buyer immediately.
9. Prohibited Conduct
Users of NautiTrade must not:
- Use the marketplace for any unlawful purposes.
- Engage in fraudulent activities.
- Post false, misleading, or defamatory content.

NautiTrade provides a platform for buyers and sellers to interact but does not take responsibility for the actual transactions. NautiTrade is not liable for:
